  • Mix one scoop of Element A with 60mL of water in a bowl. Stir generously until a thick gel is formed.
  • Add --g of Element B to the gel. Stir through Element B until it is combined with Element A.
  • Eat like a yoghurt, without chewing. Take frequent sips of water and add honey or maple syrup to flavour as required.
