Before your event.
Consume your BiCarb Plus sample two hours before exercise for optimal buffering.
PREPARATION
Pour Sachet A into a bowl. Add 60mL of water and stir until a thick gel forms.
Pour Sachet B (the bicarb) into the gel and stir until combined.
Eat like a yoghurt — swallow, don't chew. This protects the BiCarb coating.
Sip some water afterwards. Then go race.
